Congratulations, Emily!

Join us in congratulating Emily Hopson, QA/Food Safety Manager at our Nacogdoches plant! Today Emily successfully defended her master’s research, The Role of Nutrition in the Pathogenesis and Control of Necrotic Enteritis in Commercial Broiler Chickens, and she’s set to graduate from Texas A&M University in December with a Master of Agriculture in Poultry Science. Emily joined TFP just a few months ago and kept up with her coursework while working full time, protecting the quality and safety of our products by day and digging deeper into the science of animal nutrition by night. That kind of dedication makes our team stronger and our products better. Gig ’em, Emily!

The good news doesn’t stop there. Emily was recently named one of the International Production & Processing Expo’s 2027 Young Leaders Under 30, an honor recognizing rising professionals across the poultry, egg, meat and animal food industries. She’ll receive her award at IPPE this January, and we couldn’t be prouder to cheer her on. Since 1930, TFP Nutrition has been built by people who care deeply about animal nutrition, and Emily is a great example of where that commitment is headed next.
