SQF CELEBRATION AND BANNER SIGNING
At noon and 6 pm on Friday, June 8th celebration was in the air and it smelled great. CC’s Smokehouse provided a hearty buffet shared by the employees that worked diligently to transition from SQF Level 3 to SQF Edition 8.0 for Manufacturing and Quality at our pet food plant.This certification marks the highest Safe Quality Food designation. Continual improvement is made daily to attain this certification. A lot of resources, focus, attention to process, sweat and hours went into this group effort. Of all the pet food manufacturers in the United States, TFP Nutrition was among the very first with 8.0 in Quality and Manufacturing as a result of an audit that was conducted in early 2018. A banner was designed and printed for all contributing employees to sign before hanging. CEO, Bud Wright, commended, complimented, and prayed for all gathered for the celebratory lunch and dinner. He also provided insight into future plans. Included are pictures from the TFP Nutrition family meal.
